I still think it more likely that the trilogy is seeing remakes and not remasters, which wouldn't be included within that statement. GTA IV and RDR1 are more likely to see remasters as those two are still technically sound for the modern age, so I could see those two being the ones referenced along with a collection of remasters from another Take Two studio.

I will cum if it's a San Andreas remake.

I would much prefer GTAVI as all of us do probably, but it doesnt seem to be anywhere close (and I think we might not even se it) so at least remakes of the oldest GTAs would be something.

It is. But it's a free to play mobile game where every weapon and car costs £90.

Am I the only person never to have played GTA Online?

Also, controversially for some, but for me, San Andreas is gooseberry fool. Loved GTA 3 & VC but couldn’t get into SA at all. Vaguely recall the girlfriend aspect of it taking over what I enjoyed doing in a GTA game.

Enjoyed 4 (till I got stuck on some mission) and have bought GTA V on 360, PS4 and XSX but yet to get anywhere close to finishing the story as spend too much time arsing about. Which is kinda the point to me of a GTA game.

What about the surprisingly good Table Tennis, which loads of people probably only bought because it came out at a time when the Xbox 360 release schedule was barren.

I think GTA IV would be a good shout. Tried to replay it on Xbone BC but it looks and runs like a dog. Get some HDR on there, brighten it up with better lighting, I’d love to try it again. Haven’t PC users pretty much done that already with mods?

Having just seen this included in the PlayStation showcase, I feel pretty disappointed. I'm not that knowledgeable about the game but this new version doesn't, to me, look that good. When released on 360 and PS3 it really pushed the hardware and the XBO and PS5 versions were a nice polish-up... whilst this new update doesn't - on the face of it - seem to offer that many improvements. It even looked kinda outdated compared to many other games on the showcase.

Maybe I'd set myself up by thinking it'd be incredible but it looks a bit weak; I wonder if Rockstar has assigned a fairly small team to undertake this port.

Even my Mrs said the game looked crap and old fashioned, and she loves gta 5.

Very disappointed about the lack of news for the trilogy remaster.

This "enhanced" version will just be the same old GTA V with a shiny touch slapped on it, to keep milking the online mode.

I would be very surprised if they rehashed the online mode in a significant way, instead they will just add some new business mode that nobody will play after a week.

I would be much more excited if they promised some massive new DLC, with new maps that would carry on in the online world with new businesses and activities.

I was expecting the graphics to be a bit more in line with some of those astonishing PC videos on YouTube. If some modders can achieve such results, what’s Rockstar’s excuse.
