Giving my first one ago, I've gone slightly OTT on the small review I won't go as nuts on later ones, it would be cool if everyone can do a little something for the beers as they have them as it will allow others to get some idea of what the drink is like and maybe can go out and get it if they like the sound of it.

Time and Tide: Echo

First smell, this beer smells awesome, it has a really sharp citrus sour aroma that for me just makes my mouth water, it is the sort of smell I love when I get a Saison, I'm a big fan of sour and so Saisons on the sour than herbal end of the spectrum always work for me.

Taste wise it not what I expected from the smell, from the smell I was expecting a lemon citrus blast following by a herbal and slightly peppery character that comes with Saisons, this is not that, it is barely sour at all which is strange when it smells of lemons and very acidic.

It has a sort of cider character, it has that flavour you get in that 7% + medium to dry "real" cider, there is a very slight rosemary herbal note in there too that works well against the apply base and it builds quite nicely.

Ordinarily, I expect Saisons to be a bit prickly in feel on the tongue but this isn't like that at all, this is very smooth in feel and feels a little thick. The carbonisation gives it a bit of a tingle but that doesn't last at all long.

All in all I quite like it, it isn't what I expected from the smell, but it is certainly a pleasant experience.

I hadn't been paid yet and money was super tight, so I do apologise Mr Face! I wanted to spend more on you, but couldn't really go too much over the limit unfortunately. Hope you enjoy what you got!

Not recieved anything yet (nor note of a missed package), but it's no big deal!

Pump Action Poet Stonefruit IPA
first one. really fizzy and light, but with a great flavour. this was a 7.5% but it was extremely drinkable - perfect for drinking by itself on a sunny day. it was meant to be infused with 'stonefruit' (i.e. peach and plum) but it actually tasted more grapefruity. not bitter at all, and quite light.

Image
Nine To Five Wizard
a lot more cloudy than the other, more hoppy but still very drinkable. not much to say on this one it was really nice but it didnt have anything that stood out. still would highly recommened as it was lovely. also quite strong so im quite tipsy right now as i drunk it on an empty stomach

Next one

Padlnda Frog Project: Allelic Drift

Image

It's nice, it's a pretty standard Golden Ale but with a little more zing. Very drinkable. Having it while cooking some dinner.

This is the first one I tried. It's a lemon meringue ice cream cake and it was very sweet and refreshing with a bitter after taste. Was a good start.Image

Pressure Drop OCP (orange cardamom porter)

Image

It's sort of meh, the orange and cardamom is over powered by a really burned flavour and coffee notes, it also doesn't feel thick enough sort of watery in feel.

Not bad but not epic.
