I have a bit of difficulty eating a lot of the typical christmas dinner stuff (pigs in blankets being the most missed ) so mine consisted of:

Starter
Ham Hock Pate on crackers (everyone else had prawn cocktail but I didn't mind as mine was delicious).

Main
Gammon (Turkey & Beef were also available but I can't eat either any more for various reasons)
Roast potatoes
Carrots (cooked in orange juice & butter :datass:)
Sprouts
Stuffing

Dessert
Caribbean Rum cake with cream (an excellent alternative to xmas pudding)

Glazed ham, pork, turkey, roasties, honey glazed parsnips and carrots, fried sprouts w/ pancetta and chestnuts, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, homemade Yorkshires and gravy.

Gary Sambrook's got nothing on me.

And that plate is just leftovers. :datass:

Oh don't worry, that's just what I call them.

It's a regional dialect.

Bubble and squeak time :datass:

That's Bubble and squeak (mashed up potatoes, parsnips, carrots, swede, sprouts, cabbage and onions), cold chicken and ham, pickled onions, stuffing, picallili and cranberry sauce. Oh and an egg on top.

Possibly better than the main meal. :datass:

Turns out it wasn't just you either:

Tesco and Asda shoppers furious over 'rotten' and 'rancid' Christmas turkeys

Other news sites reporting Sainsbury's and Aldi Turkeys also having rotten meat out for customers to buy.. :|

You lot with your laa-dee-daa bubble and squeak. And "2nd roast".

Does no one but me show the humble LEFTOVER SANDWICH any love?!

Somehow ended up with twice as much sausage meat in the Christmas shop as I had expected so turned the remainder of it into two huge sausage rolls this afternoon:

They were good. :datass:
