I’ve also persuaded 3 other people to vote Green today, including one who voted for Brexit in 2016.

"Fancy a change" guy?

Well remembered.

It really stuck in my mind.

He’s not a bad guy, just a strawberry floating idiot that is too easily swayed by any bullshit he reads. Eventually we broke him and forced him to be a decent member of the ReMOANer army. :datass:

Well remembered. Yes it was that guy.

He’s gone from voting Tory in 2015, voting Brexit in 2016 because he “just fancied a change”, to a ardent Leaver that couldn’t admit he was wrong, to a Labour supporting Remainer in 2017 and now he is a Green voter. Quite a turnaround.

WTF MON...

You can laugh but with the way things are going he will probably stand as a candidate for the Communist Party and be Prime Minister by 2023. ;)

Show him that and see if he still wants to vote for Farage’s party.

Sadly he wouldn't give a gooseberry fool. He's like a lot of Brexit voters who would vote for him even if he was sponsored by the devil.

Went to vote around lunchtime, it was a pretty simple choice in the end, voted Lib Dem because they support Remain.

Had i supported leave then i would have backed Farage, as this election seems to be pretty much a two horse race between Farage for brexiteers, and the Lib Dems for remainers (though i suspect the Greens will also do quite well on that front).

By voting for either, it should at the very least help give the main two parties the jolly good kicking they deserve.

Not voted yet, going to have to wait until this evening to get it done. It will be a vote for the Liberals as that gives the best chance of multiple remain MEPs in my region I believe.

Do you not think the Lib Dem’s still deserves to be shunned for he coalition? They sold their souls to the devil for a tiny bit of power.

The greens are a decent pro EU alternative (or SNP in Scotland).

Very tough. My region (London) had a pro-EU Labour candidate as the one most at risk, but from a symbolism point of view Lib. Dems. made more sense, and from an ‘actually the climate’s a bigger deal than Brexit’ symbolism point of view the Greens made even more sense, at the cost of being more likely to be a wasted vote.

In the end I ‘followed my heart’ and voted Green. I’m still not quite happy with my decision. Oh well.

That's mostly why I went Green rather than Lib Dem.

The Lib Dem's are a far better option in some areas though, the coalition was shite but allowing the Brexit Party to gain more seats would be worse!

Would vote Labour but haven't received my postal vote so can't.

I do worry that the large number of options will allow the singly policy parties like The Brexit Party and Ukunt to win as the more pro EU parties get divided votes.

I genuinely despise Nigel Farage and anyone who votes Ukip/Brexit Party is scum.

When it comes to europe, Labour seem to want to appeal to everyone by sitting on the fence, yet by doing so, they've appealed to no one.
