Reweighing window is over. Chiesa is hurt, Felder doesn't qualify and Pettis and Iaquinta both weighed in at 155.something so they didn't make championship weight.

Mcgregor might have stopped himself being stripped by taking out Chiesa and making a Holloway replacement in the title fight impossible :lol:

This strawberry floating car crash of an event. Just a couple pages back I was so hyped for Ferguson v Khabib. Now I don't have a clue what's going on. Who dafuq is Khabib fighting tomorrow? Why not Pettis at Catchweight? "Who dafuq is that guy?" @ Paul Felder.

Why is Holloway medically unfit to fight?

The fans who spent hundreds of pounds on tickets and more on flights must be feeling so pissed off.

So they've ended up with Iaquinta fighting 5 rounds in a fight where Khabib is the only one who can win a title. Iaquinta weighed early for his original fight and could have made championship weight without underwear but couldn't be reweighed.

I like Al a lot but this is transparently a way to make Khabib into a paper tiger champ ASAP, he's fighting a #11 ranked fighter who until an hour ago thought he was fighting 3 rounds in the opener.

So Khabib led on top of Al for two rounds and then tried to stand up to impress and made himself look absolutely mediocre. He even ended round 5 by having to rush back to his wrestling but still never threatened to really finish.

Ferguson is going to be rightly pissed at him getting the title for this.

Khabib won but not the way I expected, points decision. Stylistically, him vs Mcgregor is very interesting due to holding his chin forwards and high. Worst stance possible against Mcgregor. Still, the post match stats speak for themselves with total punches vs one another being very one sided.

Also, when he spoke to Joe Rogan after winning and started speaking Russian:

'Please aggressively terrible and immoral leader help my very likely complete scumbag billionaire friend not be in trouble anymore'
