Tried to watch some stuff on the iPad app but the quality was absolute shite. Much better on PC.

Rashad Evans got injured in training, so his height next week with Daniel Cormier is off. Shame as I was looking forward to it.

I have to agree. If he was working a normal job in a drive thru, there's no way he's been training on the level Cormier has. I mean Cormier has been in camp for Rashad Evans for crying out loud. Even if this guy is legit wrestler, I don't see him having a chance. That said I don't know anything about this guy.

Gilbert Melendez has agreed terms with Bellator. Still the option of UFC matching their offer apparently.

Tito Ortiz is no longer Cyborg's manager. Apparently he was the big stumbling block in her signing to the UFC.

So did anyone watch last nights event, I didn't see all the fight's but it was pretty lackluster, I didn't really even enjoy the main event either, mainly because I found it frustrating - wishing moose would commit more. Machida was just too for him. He hould have tried to make more effort to engage, but left it too long... then got his back taken. Plus most of the fights that night went to a decision. I had it on in the background tab and would switch to it ever so often and and it just looked like I was seeing the same fight constantly. Particularly the prelims.

Brazilian crowds are the only good crowds in the UFC! They make noise!

The Oliveira fight was pretty decent, good battle. Silva was totally expected. The Jacore v Carmont fight was really good, I thought. Great effort from both and the Machida fight was so technical it was good to watch. I can see how you may be bored by the fifth round but Machida's technical style is just interesting to watch all the time for me. BJJ is part of the sport and I'd rather watch someone attempt submissions for 3 rounds than wrestle someone to the ground and lay on them, ergo all American UFC wrestlers.
