Having only seen the trailer (admitedly a trailer isn't much to go on), it doesn't seem that great! But a bundle of 1 and 2 is on eshop for £6 so I definetely want to see what all the fuss is about

It's hard for the game to come across in trailers, and doubly-so in screenshots. It's incredibly visceral, the music and the gameplay loop are frighteningly addictive. The ultra violence isn't for everyone, but when it clicks it really clicks

Out of both lists I've played a grand total of 5 of them.

Also, haven't played Hotline Miami (far too fast paced for me) but have been listening to the soundtrack since the game was released, its superb.

I need to give Hotline Miami another shot, I only played it briefly a while back and it didn't quite click with me. I think I was expecting something a bit different from it, for some reason I imagined it was a point and click affair and my brain failed to adapt when it wasn't!

Thanks for the nice words on the work. I agree that it is an impressively varied set of lists that shows how well-rounded we are as a community.

Really appreciate the effort :)

And hotline Miami is excellent, although it took a while for it to click for me, becuase I was playing it like a shooter rather than a rhythm game. Once you start playing it at breakneck pace it becomes something brilliant.

What about "Pedz's List of Games He Wouldn't Put Top of a List?" ;)
