Seen some of you guys have sound commands on your channels, is that just through Streamlabs Chat Bot?

I used to used Streamlabs chatbot, but streamlabs appear to be an awful company, so use stream elements now.

It's a shame as I was using Streamlabs Chatbot before Streamlabs acquired it. It was called anhkbot.

Ah cool cool, thanks I'll take a look! And yeah I've switched off Streamlabs OBS to regular OBS now tryna adjust to it all lol

Unfortunately aside from just refreshing the source every now and then (which you could do during breaks I suppose), I'm not sure.

You could try lowering the resolution of the cam to lower the resource load on your computer since that's probably the issue. Disabling the stream preview on OBS helps do that as well.

Been a while since I've done a Twitch but how does one start streaming? There doesn't seem to be a button on the website to do it.

You need to connect your Twitch account with desktop software such as OBS and do it from there. Twitch have their own desktop streaming software but it's not as good as OBS.
