Great to see you getting into streaming and enjoying it, Seven. I haven't had the chance to join many streams recently but I did catch some of your Diablo II stream last week! The randomiser games seem neat and I know that a few folk here in GR - particularly Cheeky Dev and Cora - are big fans of them.

Yeah I've been wanting to do it for good while and figured I'd do it finally, even if I don't get many viewers that's not my goal - I just want to stream and will be keeping doing it.

Not to worry, it was a bit slow going to begin with anyway. The train yard was painful with the terrible AI. I cleared the bit with the swamp boat before calling it a day.

Anyone know if there's a way to stream PS3 gameplay through an El Gato HD60 card? Apparently this is not possible and I'm rather annoyed because I have mine set up and ready to record Resident Evil: Director's Cut for later on.

PS3 capture is a pain in the arse frankly.

HDMI capture isn't really possible because there's no way to disable to HDCP protection on PS3. You need to use Component output (Which doesn't support HDCP) and either plug it into something that can capture a Component Signal (Older Elgato capture devices can), or you need to convert the component to HDMI then capture that.

For Christ’s sake. Have ended up downloading a PS1 emulator and can’t make heads or strawberry floating tails of what it wants me to do. Put the BIOS here. Put it there. Just be clear for the love of all that is holy.

There's a HDMI cable you can buy from Elgato that bypasses the HDCP. It costs about a tenner. I bought one years ago, but lost it.

I really haven't learnt anything in regards to making sure the Joy-Con have enough power to last a stream. I think it's about time I just bought another set so I've always got some attached to the Switch to charge. More Monster Hunter Rise next week so I can really show it off.
