Oh, for anyon streaming from console who would like to stream to the GRcadeuk channel, I could set up an overlay here and we can then use it for the times people want an overlay etc. I'm going to look into getting a GRCade overlay. I may buy a cool animated one. The one I bought for myself and never used is actually the same as Cora's. I think it's called Retrowire or something. I'll have a look and see what overlay to go for, or if we can get one made that would suit the channel.

OK, looking at the Service that does overlays and things for console streams to Twitch is $7 a month. I don't mind grabbing it and paying for it if I know we can get a few console streamers ontothe GRcade streams with it. It means we can get a univesal look for every stream that people do.

Are there any people who stream directly from console wanting to do a GRcade stream once a week?

Yeah there's nice stuff out there. The Overlay I use on my channel is one I made myself, the one I bought I have never used and I think it's the same as Coras. I'm willing to grab another for GRcade, and pay the $7 monthly charge but it'll dpend on who streams from consoles directly and are willing to do the one stream a week.

Yeah, he did say he had an interest. Would love to get 4 -5 days a week going on the GRcade channel. Nice bit of variety for people who tune in.

I hope that Twitch does revisit the raid process messaging; I watch a number of folk who have smaller channels and it's such a positive thing when they kindly raid another stream or are raided themselves.

Agreed, Jawa. It's a lot of nonsense that they changed it in the first place.

Going to stream the end of Resident Evil 4 later this afternoon and then maybe segue into another game. I'll be trying to get my 'Cube set up after the weekend so I can fulfil Kriken's request to play Metroid Prime II as well.

I can do arcade streams from PS4, there's all that Arcade Archives stuff available plus the Capcom beat 'em ups collection and I already have the Metal Slug Anthology for PS4 so that should keep me busy for a while. I'm cool doing an hour or two a week on a different arcade game.

I have a lot of other stuff on my laptop like shmups and beat 'em ups that will almost certainly never appear on a console too like licensed stuff from Capcom and Konami like Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, Alien vs Predator, Simpsons, Bucky O'Hare etc.

Plus I have Street Fighter 5 and Tekken 7 on PS4 so would be up for multiplayer streams too if other folk are.

My only issue is my limited availability. I work Monday to Friday and often finish quite late so I'm not usually up for streaming mid week. Friday night is my main streaming time on my own channel so anything I do would likely be a Saturday afternoon.

Got some student loan money the other day so ordered one of those Stream Deck minis off Amazon since they're finally back in stock.

Going live on the GRcade channel in about ten minutes with some GTA V. I'll have my camera active once again, with a GR-branded border.

Ended up buying this since there's a 25% off code. There's so much assets to play around with I didn't know where to begin :lol:

Binned off my previous scene setup completely and sat tinkering and customising stuff till about 2am last night while watching Cora's stream. Did more this afternoon and I think I've got everything looking how I want it.

Reworked my own layout and overlays tonight as well and I think it's probably the best one I've done yet. It's clean and clear. Even did a bit of messing around in After Effects to make my own custom scene transition.

Gonna start looking at chat commands and other stuff that I've never really looked at. I make the mistake of thinking that just because I don't really bother with them, that other people don't either, but they can add a bit of fun to proceedings.

Either way I'm might do a relaunch stream tonight.
