A six-day show?!? That's awesome, Matt - what a great platform to display your artwork! Are you gonna be there every day? I guess it'll be pretty tough to determine how much "stuff" you'll need to prepare and make available?

Anyhow - well done :toot: .

It's actually a little annoying that the shopper cant select colours. I have to either edit it or upload another new design.

sold! :)

Show has been extended to the 15th and I've been asked to supply them with some more fridge magnets. I'll have to pop by and find out whats sold though. Think they want me to get more things made (like key rings and stuff) but I dont know how long that will take and if its worth it.

Right people. I'm going to be working on an order for more fridge magnets soon. If you have anything you'd like to see put on one let me know as I may include it in an order. Each one will cost you £3 (may do a deal if you buy a few). I know a few (Pedz) want Cacodemon done. Might do some of the Pixel Doctors.

I dont't know much about the history of art and I fail to memorise the artists when I do see pieces that I admire. However, I have been dipping into the current BBC Civilisations series and I am hugely enjoying it. I just love the section in episode 3 on Pieter Bruegel the Elder, a European artist circa 1565. He painted detailed, "real", common people in tandem with natural backgrounds. The narrator, Simon Schama, is excellent in highlighting aspects of the art and I like his exuberant, elaborate and yet understandable description.

It has reminded me that I rarely take time to look at art but I always enjoy it when I do.
