I'll most likely be there, joking aside. If there is a crowd heading down from the north I'd be fairly happy to look at driving and splitting the cost of petrol, too(I'm more or less a non-drinker nowadays, so have no worries about hangovers and whatnot the following day). Failing that I'll jump a train.

There's an opera that evening. Could meet you guys in the afternoon then go there.

I don't think I'll be about in London that weekend, I've got a few trips down planned in the next few weeks so I don't envisage any trips down just before the summer holidays. If I am about I'll try and meet you all though!

I was at the Science Museum over Easter and there's a video games exhibition with loads of playable stuff. I didn't go in as I was with my son who's too young to properly appreciate it, but it might be a good place for you all to meet up initially (probably one the pricey side for eating/drinking into the evening though).

We've done meet ups in the past, and the best option tends to be to just meet in or near a decent pub. People who want a pint or twelve can do that, food can be sourced easily and people tend to be a bit more relaxed. I'm happy to go with the flow though, whatever people are up for.

I am busy during that time, not really into traveling to London either , I wonder if there are any other places where there are clusters of us that are close together.

Yeah, just thought I'd throw it out there as an idea that's a bit different. The pub is probably a better bet.
