Jenuall, I joined your stream about ten seconds before it cut out! I've just watched your Twitch recording and saw that you defeated the two bell gargoyles! You did well in that battle; you took 'em out pretty quickly. I noticed that you were using a two-handed style and I forgot that this was possible... it's a gamble when you can't block, though!

Thanks Jawa, sorry you only managed to catch the death of the stream! Not sure what happened, my internet can be temperamental some times which is just one of those annoying things.

Yeah the Gargoyles were less trouble than I expected in the end, I went with the same tactics that proved effective for me last time: go hard on the first one until he goes down and then turn your attention to his friend! (no context

) I find the two handed approach works well in situations where I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be blocking in the first place, with this fight I figured if I'm hanging around long enough to block then I'm probably toast anyway so stick to moving quickly and get the power of a two handed hit in when the chances present themselves!

Super unlikely but would people be up for streaming Dark Souls on GRcadeUK? I was thinking I could stream 1, then when I finish/give up, someone else can do 2, then someone can do 3 after 2. or someone cane do Bloodbourne, or Demon's Souls or Sekiro. Basically all the games with a different player?

Not managed to get any time on this in the last couple of days as been too busy with work, but hopefully this evening I will get a chance.

Went to try and kill Little and Large and wanted Solaire to help out so was human, then one of these red banana splits invaded and killed me. Can I change a setting so these dickheads strawberry float off?

You can just play it in offline mode if you want to avoid invasions, that's how I played it for the first time because I was annoyed with getting disconnected every time I put the Switch to sleep

I have heard people say - including Cumberdanes - that said 2 is good, but DS2 Scholar of the First Sin is awful.

Both versions of DS2 are fine.

It'll be after I am done with Dark Souls 1, so it could be in 6 months, I heard 2 isn't too bad difficulty wise, again it seems to be Scholar of the first sin.

I have played a bit more!

Achievements since last time:

Sen's giant balls - evaded!
Anor Londo archers - beat off!
Quelaag's Furysword - forged! (It's so good at +5!)
Painted World - trespassed!
Priscilla - spared! ...She's such a nice lady! Why would you want to hurt her?

You can do a few areas backwards if you have the Master Key! I saw you took that boon this time, so maybe you'll find some sneaky shortcuts too!

I had a pretty productive day of playing Dark Souls 2 today. This afternoon I had few tries at killing Darklurker, came close but didn’t quite beat him so I moved onto Burnt Ivory King who I finally beat then went back to the main game cleared out a bunch of the enemies at Dragon Shrine then killed Ancient Dragon.

For anyone Giving a gooseberry fool.

Yeah, I have the master key and so I will keep my eyes open. Oh, and how come Sen's giant balls hadn't been thrown? IIRC the floor was empty when I went to visit him during my last play; but they were just sat there in your vid. I like how you cheesed him; he kinda just took a nap whilst you whacked him

EDIT: I might be getting mixed up between that giant at the top of the tower and the big dude that stands by the hole?

It seemed that you had a tough time during the first session yesterday afternoon, 'Danes - you did well to return and claim a victory! The stages that you're on now do look to be super-tough. IIRC you mentioned that you'll be facing two big cats soon? I remember Matt (TWA) tackling them during his playthrough!

It was great seeing you return to Lordran, Pedz! I know that you weren't too keen on it during your original playthrough but it already feels like you're enjoying it a bit more this time?
