I don't think the Last Guardian is that unrealistic.

It was trotted out the last time to make up for a weak first-party showing, and that's pretty much what I expect this year.

I mean, it can't be in a worse state all these years later. If it's not there, it truly must be dead. DEAD dead. Not "shelved" or "in troubled development".
