First team draft is done. Notable things so far:

Alexis at 7 mill
No Chelsea player above 7 mill
Kane and KDB seems like bargains at 11 mill and 9.5 mill respectively, but you can't fit them both and have Salah
Salah/Mane debate is a non starter now they're so much closer in price

I think a team with Kane, KDB and Salah is more than possible-I’ve got a draft at the moment with them all in. Weak bench and poor 4th mid (only 5m) are downsides.

So far omitting KDB for B Silva, which allows me to have Siggy and Zaha, heading up a back 3 worth 18m. Feeling okay about that balance for now, but feel that not having KDB can only ever be a mistake...

Final draft is pretty set now. Gone big at the back and two premiums in mid. 12 players in the squad who I am confident can earn points. Should be a good opening set of fixtures for my crew.
