It probably has. The address I gave was my uni address, and I'm still home for Christmas.

Oh right, I thought the Belfast address was where you were spending Xmas, that is where it has been sent anyway.

Nah, I left that address a few days before Christmas. That was what the whole thing about early postage was about. Sending stuff to Northern Ireland is no different from the rest of the UK in terms of delivery times, so the Christmas post deadline is the same, but with me leaving for the Republic a few days before Christmas, they needed to be sent a little bit earlier to catch me before I went home. I probably should've gave my home address for SS, but the postage from the UK to ROI is much more expensive, and the post deadline would have been around the same as if you were trying to get it to me before I left Belfast, anyway.

OK, I understand now. I was only given the Belfast address and not told that you were leaving a week before Xmas, so when you announced in this thread that you hadn't received your present in time and was spending Xmas in Ireland I thought Buff must have given me the address where you were spending Xmas, but I guess not. :|
I hope you like it after all this waiting

Well, i didn't want to post in here till i'd sent off my gift. I sent mine off to Wedgie on Tuesday, so it should be there, or nearly there anyway. Sorry about the lateness, i've apologised in a letter too. :/
But yes, Irene, thanks for my gift! Book and author i've not heard of before, but it looks like it'll be right up my street. :) i've only managed to read the first chapter, but yes, it does feel like it'll be a good one, so thanks. o/

Satriales, you mummy strawberry floating legend.

I've never heard of the The Chaser, but it looks right up my street. You'll be a bit disappointed to know I already have a Sackboy, but at least he'll now have some company (and the gesture is still much appreciated).

As for the other two, you literally couldn't have done better. They're two things I've always wanted but could never find any time I went looking. I'm over the strawberry floating moon.

Sorry it was late, but I'm glad you liked them

The book was something you mentioned in an old post but I wasn't sure if you actually had bought it so that was my main gamble. Sackboy was hard to find as I wanted to get a knitted one rather than the plastic ones and so I figured you probably didn't have one already, but oh well you can never have too many Sackboys. Wipeout 2097 CD was just a little bonus that I thought you'd like, you should have it playing when you make your platinum on Wednesday ;)

When I poked you I already had those gifts in mind but just wanted to check what you said before I actually ordered anything. Then when you mentioned having loads of DVD I thought I'd chuck in one which I really love but most people have never heard of. The Chaser is a great film, my favourite of 2008 so I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

DaLax, I finally got back to halls today and sure enough there was a package waiting for me. Thank you so much for the present - I've been meaning to get Little King's Story for ages but never got round to it, good thing I didn't. I love the little cartoon you included as well, it was a great touch :D . Thanks again, can't wait to play it!

Oh thank goodness for that. I was beginning to wonder what had happened. I'm super relieved that you haven't got it, as you posted that you wanted that game some 6 months ago...

My apologies to Anung. All I have to say that Anung will get his presents at the end of this month.

I know it's over a month late by then, but my situation at the moment isn't pretty ideal.

Thanks for coming in to explain, Wedgie. Here's hoping everything's going alright for you.

Santa told me on MSN that he's got something in the works for Hulohot :shifty:
