Sorry I never updated the thread before. Ended up going out straight after work at 4 yesterday and I've only just gotten home.

How you coping?

Had a bit of a disaster this morning with Dark Souls 2 - performance just wasn't good enough while I was recording, got an hour or so in and it started chugging - so I'm just going to play Deus Ex instead. I'll be starting at 11.30 and finishing at 11.30 tomorrow - if I'm feeling like some variety I'll switch to Half-Life at the half-way mark (11.30 tonight).

I'd imagine we're probably feeling about the same right now in that case!

No bother, it was a long night but helped by completing some of the games I was playing. Ditched the crap this morning and have been playing Mario Maker and Splatoon mostly, with a bit of Captain Toad chucked in. I think Yoshi and Mario Kart will be going on next. Still got about 7 hours to go though...

The support I'm getting from people is really helping me along though, so thank you!

I have built up some (albeit begrudging) respect for "YouTube personalities" now. It's still a ridiculous "career" but it is actually much harder than it looks to play a game and enthusiastically chat gooseberry fool for hours at a time.

Which is why I kept the camera and the mic off when I was doing mine, no danger I could keep doing all that for any longer than 5 minutes!

Indeed, I'm here! I have a lot of good footage, fingers crossed. Quality isn't great but it's the best I can do on my ailing laptop. There's a lot of naff boring parts but I think over the next week I'll trim it down. (Today's going to be a pretty long day, I think, as I have to get quite a lot of work done - might have a few naps throughout the afternoon!)

I have a couple of hours of Half-Life to go but I've actually had to delay finishing that off slightly because I got an email from my works about an hour ago that needed to be dealt with - sorry about that. I'll probably do the last two hours between 12 and 2 today.
