GRcade Votes: Games of the Decade VOTING CLOSED

Every videogame site worth its salt is currently putting together their best of the decade list, so why should we be any different? I fielded the idea in the General Games Chat thread last month and there was some enthusiasm.

As such, we're voting on the best videogames released from the beginning of 2010 to the end of 2019.

Here's some links to lists and articles from other sites to inspire you.

Here's the format we're following. We're voting in the thread, with the opportunity to vote for a total of 20 games, split across 2 distinct lists, covering major studio games and indie games.

Your lists of 10 will be ranked where your first place game receives ten points, your second place receives nine, and so on.

The thread can police whether something belongs in the 'Major Studio' or 'Indie' category. I am willing to be fairly liberal with definitions on this. Games with blurry lines like Ori and the Blind Forest, What Remains of Edith Finch, etc. are up for debate.

That indie list is much more fluid, mostly because I can barely remember any indie games I played off Switch. (I remember maybe 2 from the Wii U?) Also, do Jackbox and Rocket League count? I think Psyonix were indie at that point, but I’m not sure what Jackbox Games counts as.

This is going to be hard. For one thing I have enough trouble remembering what I've loved over the course of 1 year, let alone 10! :lol:
