No silly bets. Is there any reason you can say why inverness will win? Arent teams at the bottom of the SPL generally gooseberry fool
Haha, it's a genuine bet. Sorry, nobody else was giving rationales...
St Mirren have a honking record against Inverness and have lost 2-1 home and away to them already this season. We don't travel well to the highlands and are on a very poor run of form - last win came on Xmas Eve.
Our captain is injured, and Kenny McLean, a very important midfielder to us, broke his collar bone yesterday. We have very few centre halves, and have failed to sign a striker in the transfer window leaving us with only one recognised proper forward, who isn't a goalscorer but more of a target man.
Inverness are currently just one point behind St Mirren with a game in hand and will be very keen to pull themselves away from danger.
However, St Mirren have been media darlings this season and play very attractive football, which is what led me to believe that you would get a half-decent price for an Inverness home win.
