The hat is optional and meant as a sort of forced-fun camaraderie boosting and conversation starter type thing and will have no further use throughout the quiz.

Got it, the hat is all important and nothing else matters.

Putting kids to be bed so may be running a bit late, hopefully be there for kick off though!

Also aren't Zoom meetings limited to 40mins?
