We used to always have Yorkshires with Christmas dinner until a few years back when my dad stopped doing them for some reason.

Beef can be legendary if done well but it's an easy roast to get very wrong and I've had more bad beef roasts over the years than any other meat.

Think we need to see some rankings of everyone's favourite roasts!

I would eat Yorkshire puds with Yorkshire puds.
