A quick poll for Christmas Day.

Do you have Yorkshire Pudding with your Christmas dinner?

Yorkshires are amazing, especially with gravy and mint sauce.

Yep, Yorkshires with all roasts is basically my perspective. Why deny yourself the beauty of a Yorkshire?!

Yes, they are probably my favourite part, in the unlikely event any are left over then they are really nice with some jam in the middle

Yeah, I never understood the “with beef” only perspective.

It’s not as if they have a specific taste that goes with only one type of beef.

Honestly, the stupidity is angering me just thinking about it.

We didn’t have them yesterday but have normally had them with Christmas dinner, at the end of the day Christmas dinner is just a roast with more trimmings so the more the better!

We provided them but personally I believe they are an abomination.

I still ate and enjoyed mine, obviously.

Jesus would approve of Yorkshire puddings, had they been a thing in biblical times, he would have had them at the last supper.

Folk getting pissy about having yorkshires with anything but beef probably only put gravy on their meat too. strawberry float that gooseberry fool. If I could fondue my whole dinner in polite company without causing a scene I absolutely would.

In hindsight, BigSausageYorkshires.com feels like a missed money making opportunity.

(I don’t have them with Christmas Dinner but with most roasts the rest of the year, obv)

I have beef with my Christmas dinner. And tend to have 2 meats with ant Sunday roast dinner. But even if it was bangers and mash I'd have Yorkshire puddings m cause they are aces. I really like to fill them.with some meat, stuffing (I have that on any Sunday roast too) a little veg and mash. Really tasty but messy.
