I'd say they're both on too.
Otherwise, big traps, full muscles while shredded as hell, mad vascularity, lifestyle not aligning with musculature are obvious telltales.

Having lifted in the country's biggest bodybuilding gym for a long time I got to know who was using and who wasn't, and very very few people can get a body like that photo above without a bit of juice. And these are guys dedicated to it for year in, year out. Many more people use than you probably realise, juicers are everywhere in gyms and some of them look worse than many of us here will do.
You simply can't maintain bodies like the above, as YT folk do, year round without juice. Things get in the way, muscles don't recover in time etc. It makes total sense to pin yourself occasionally if your livelihood depends on rather than having to sacrifice everything else in life to hit a 7%bf non stop year round.
Also that white guys muscles look puffy while he has rock solid abs. It's a very weird combo for a natty.
