I've been doing those A/B home workouts from a couple of pages back, modified them a bit with what I have available, but getting better at them. With this looking like it'll go on a while I'm thinking of getting a kettlebell and/or resistance bands. Any recommendations on these (more so the bands, slightly worried of buying some naff ones with people selling them in lockdown)?
Been doing a lot more running which is nice, especially with the recent good weather. Not that fast but doing 5-7ks and done a 10k, which I think was my first one in over a year. Though my pace/overall run does seem to vary a lot, some seem pretty good adn I feel like I could go further when i finish, others seem to have me knackered after 2k
