I will try my best to get things sorted. If something us on at like 5am though, I'd watch it live later and do the reactions. :)

Cool. With good planning, live reactions could simply be replaced with unspoiled reactions.

There's been lots of rumouring about a new Forza Horizon possibly set in Mexico, I'd potentially be in but I'd need to see a lot more about both the PC specs and the business model first.

I predict we'll know everything well before the event, as people seem to have to post strawberry floating leaks everywhere already.

OH WOW TEAM X IS WORKING ON FRANCHISE Y!!!!!

Yeah thanks for spoiling that.

Even though the idea of Microsoft announcing this at E3 is hilarious, it has been confirmed as exclusive.

gooseberry fool loads of trailers all at once meaning lots of potentially interesting stuff will just get buried, rather than if they got rid of E3 and just released these things more steadily through the year.

A new LEGO game won't be announced while Skywalker Saga is yet to be out. But we'll definitely get more on Skywalker Saga, possibly through Microsoft again. And speaking of Microsoft, I'd take a Forza Horizon 5 that's got a larger map than four. Doubt we'll be getting that until FH6, though. At least, not in the way I'm thinking of. Flight Simulator on Xbox is a big one to finally see, as it allows more people access to it and have it look reasonably good.

For Nintendo, I say it is finally time for Mario Kart 9. Whether it arrives next year or in time for Christmas, just knowing one is coming will be great. I do think Mario Kart is one they can get away with a short announce-to-release schedule of about four months, so a November release isn't unlikely. Breath of the Wild's sequel will certainly be here. As ever, I'm going to be hoping that Nintendo finally announce a Mii Resort Paradise-like game that utilises Wuhu Island to its fullest.

Rockstar being at E3 would be very unlikely, but if the trilogy remasters are true, I could see them being announced here. Very possibly at Nintendo's event, simply 'cus they're the ones most missing out on GTA content - and it's very unlikely any other games in the series will come to the Switch. The only Ubisoft thing I'd be interested in seeing is if Starlink sees a return (though it'd most likely be butchered as a free-to-play game, but still). Maybe Riders Republic, but I'm a bit apprehensive it'll live up to what Steep offered.

The counter argument is that people pay more attention at E3. They might not watch a trailer for your game if it just appears on its own on youtube, but as part of a larger presentation they will.

For myself E3 is the only time I watch any xbox press stuff as I don't have one, for example.

Jeff Grubb isn't an "xbox influencer" and definitely a journalist with sources in tbe industry.

But good that you're not bothered, you don't sound it...

Corden and grubb have posted a lot of pro xbox articles over the past few months. Grubb also had to apologise over misinformation regarding the ps5. Another popular youtuber just had to post an apology regarding ratchet and clank on ps5. There’s a lot of fud and misinformation being spread this generation against sony.

You've made pro xbox series x posts over the past few months. Are you an xbox influencer?

Nintendo - They will likely have something to show of BoTW 2, maybe another trailer for Pokémon BDSP remakes and/or Pokémon Legends Arceus (both would be amazing, but this would be at a Nintendo conference rather than a Nintendo one), a massive outside shot would be something like a very short trailer for Metroid Prime 4 but this is probably unlikely. Probably 20 minutes given over to Smash alongside an update on Splatoon 3. Fingers crossed we will see a substantial update for Animal Crossing too, wouldn’t even mind if some of it was paid DLC.

Xbox - Hopefully they have plenty to show off of Halo, Forza Motorsport 8 (although it doesn’t seem to have a number this time round). Starfield is looking likely with the recent ‘leaks’ we’ve seen. Would be great to see a little more of Hellblade 2 and Everwild, doubt we’ll see Fable 4 this year.

Dream announcements would be Paper Mario TTYD (as is customary to now mention on a yearly basis), a complete Metal Gear collection releasing for all consoles (as in theory, the Switch would be able to run Phantom Pain, as it did release on PS3/360) and lastly a Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2 double pack for PS5/Series XS. I doubt any of these will happen, although the KOTOR has been rumoured recently…..

Misery. Pain. Humiliation. Anger. Disbelief. Sorrow. Disappointment. Punishment. Resentment. Horror. Laughing stock. Tears before bedtime.
