Group C is a right banana split. Three of my top 10 for the decade together.

Edit: And two of them might not even make it through.

Half these games are good at best. How anyone can say that TS2 defined this decade is beyond me.

This is still pretty much the qualification stage. Nobody's calling North Korea the best team in the world just because they have made it to the World Cup Finals.

I don't believe in that.

What if there was a group which consisted of a game you absolutely loved and regarded as one of your all time favourites. But you hadn't played any of the others in that particular group? Still worth voting for it I'd say.

I took it down when I drew the groups, there's no going back now so you might as well just wait and see what's in each group.

Aye, but rinks is saying that if he hasn't played a t least half the games he wouldn't vote at all.

So if for example Halo 3 (one of my favouritestest games evars) was in a group with a bunch of games I'd never played before it'd mean I wouldn't be able to vote for it. If I was using rinks' method.

If you only vote for one game out of the three it hardly skews in the results, it's just two less votes from whoever it is. Better than wasting votes on stuff you haven't played or don't like.

Fair enough if a game is a particular favourite, and you single it out and vote for it. It just seems odd to me that some people would vote for three games just because they are the only ones they've played, regardless of what they might think of them. As if they are somehow compelled to vote.

It's not as if I've disliked any of the games I have voted for, quite to the contrary. In many cases, though, there are loads of other games I didn't have the system they were released on or never got around to, so my choices within each category are quite restricted.

I am also one of those people who feels like they have to use a vote if they've been given it, too. :fp:

Ah right. Yeah, I'm not sure people should vote for games if they are "the only ones I've played". Unless they generally have enjoyed these games enough to warrant a vote.

:fp: how the hell did OutRun 2 and PSO get eliminated? PSO was such an important release for console games and OutRun 2 is the best arcade racer of all time :fp:

Eternal Darkness does not deserve to be in over those two games, simple as that :|

Not only that the Xbox version is probably the best Arcade to Console port ever.

Let us not get silly now Hugo, there have been many better arcade ports. I don't recall any screen tearing in the arcade like I saw on the Xbox.
