Yeah but instead of online passes, they might just implement that you just can't trade in their titles.

I'm hoping though the reason he was hesitant was because of games like Destiny which might require a sub perhaps and so you can't trade it in?

So basically they both leave DRM up to the publisher; first party games won't be restricted. The difference is that MS has got a system in place for the publishers to use, while Sony leaves the publisher to sort it out themselves.

Interesting change of approach for storytelling for Walking Dead.

Looking forward to the Nintendo chat in the next 10 minutes or so, hopefully he can squeeze some info out of them on certain games that weren't shown off during the Direct like the next Zelda and any potential future Metroid games. Also looks like there's a few game company suits coming up in the next few hours, higher ups from Ubisoft and Activision. Peter Moore was very evasive when asked about potential DRM stuff, wonder if those two will be anymore forthcoming.
