Zeus stuff is broken on any fast hitting weapon.
It does a static damage bonus, so if you're using the rail for example it basically doubles your damage. (20+20 for example) on top of chaining to another enemy.
In fact I literally just watched a speed run where the guys uses Zeus on the rail to finish the game in like 15 minutes
If something seems bad it's probably just because you don't have a good combo for it.
Other than Dionysus. He's always gonna be meh because you have to wait for the damage.
