I thought I would make a thread as although I personally don’t do anything special for Halloween I do like seeing some of the Pumpkin carvings people on here have posted in previous years

I also found this online, it will be over 15 years old

We've bought a pack of 50 Pokemon Trick or Trade boosters to give out to Trick or Treaters alongside mini-haribo bags this year.

There is someone round the corner who seems to have spent about £100 on 25+ pumpkins and gourds just to place on their doorstep and for no other reason. Not carved or anything, just, look at all these gourds.

Our neighbours do this every year. I think they think it makes them look really posh, but as they put it all out so early, half the stuff is rotten already. Looks like the simpson's doorstep. They even put a tree stump put especially to act as a plinth for the hero pumpkin.

I had never heard of gourds! They seem to be some kind of vegetable... but aren't often edible? Seem to be used as a decorative object.

I've done learning because of GRcade :toot: .

I turn my porch lights off and hope nobody rings my doorbell.

Children's souls in exchange for sweeties? It's a good deal!

Sounds like the next GRCade meet up is sorted, everyone can stand outside Mori's house and ring the bell every 10 seconds.

Gourd is a type of fruit.* Pumpkins are gourds.

I have a strawberry float load in my house atm as we used them as wedding decorations and then took them home. Also my partner loves halloween and everyone buys all the gourds here.

*but those fruits which are basically vegetables, you know the ones.

I'm not sure but I think gourds have approximately 10,000 HP that drains slowly each day. When they are finally ready to pass on, they simply disappear.
