He couldnt get a party together, I was playing alone, I streamed my games. I dont believe I said everything was 'fine' but if you'd just imagine in your head for a second that I had an hour or 2 of online games with no problems what am I to say?

His comments where justified cos of what he was experiencing, just as justafied as mine had been, do you not agree? Many others have had easier run ins with this its not a black or white issue. Since christmas the party system has been banjaxed, now, last weekend it worked for 5 games in a row, we then went on to play FIFA, I didnt think it was fixed as such cos it was only 5 games.

Moving forward, even if this has fixed the matchmaking, the saving still isnt working for everyone for the campaign so 343i still has work to do. I want partys to work all the time, its my biggest gripe, if you play alone the online mp has been fine lately but I dont play games online alone a lot.

My experience in this thread has been brain numbing, I'm basically being called a liar, and nothing I can say, do or show can change that.

You bring it upon yourself by telling people to sort their internet out, using your personal experience as some sort of baseline for everyone's experience, and sarcastically proclaiming your Xbox to be magical when people insist they're still having trouble.

Just because it worked for you when you tried it doesn't mean it's fixed, and if someone comes back to you saying it's still broken for them, you don't throw Twitch streams and "hurr durr must be a miracle" back at them.

As to whether or not this patch fixes it, I can only relay my findings when I try it. Eurogamer's 35 minutes and 25 seconds of waiting for 11 matches would suggest it's still strawberry floated and needs some serious work, but we'll have some more data to go on when more people try it out.

I only started saying such things after being exacerbated and cojoled into submission and being called a liar, even floex had a cheap shot again just now.

I reacted, I was exhausted having to defend myself and my own sanity. At one stage I thought I was going mad to be honest, it was only when I started looking around the internet that I found others that it was working for.

The good thing, (personally) that came out of this debacle is I now know who the banana splits are in this forum, the real ones, they arent the ones I would have suspected either.

I got to the lofty heights of paragraph 4 where it said 'Posts must not be abusive'. Abuse is abuse, the fact you don't have the bottle to single anyone out is irrelevant, you're essentially calling everyone who has posted in this thread a 'banana split'. Please don't.

You can't carpet-bomb an entire thread by saying there sure are some banana splits posting in here. Even if you don't call someone out specifically by name, you're openly abusing people. Just because they can't prove you mean them doesn't make it ok.

You got called out, couldn't accept it and when people showed you evidence of it, you called them banana splits.

People would respect you more if you just owned up to your failings.

Anyway, I own this now so would be up for campaign co-op, I've done the first two on normal and that's it, about half of 3.
