I think I almost cried after Euro '96, but I was only 10.
I feel disappointed when a team I support loses, etc, but I don't feel anything more than that really. As much as I love sport, there are much more important things in my life, and I can't imagine myself ever crying at a sports team losing (it's different if it's something related to sport, like a favourite sportsman dying or something).
