In a weird headspace right now. I'll probably end up taking this to the mentalhealth thread once I feel I can figure out what's actually going on. I'm getting really anxious about social interactions, online and in person so I'm being really flaky, messaging people then "disappearing" for days because I'm to anxious to look at replies and I don't know why. I'm also overreacting to situations, getting angry (I'm only taking it out on myself, not other people) and irritable. I'm in a bit of a doom spiral about going back to university in September for no real reason. Despite taking a year out I've been doing well academically but my head is telling me all my work is gooseberry fool and there's no point going back. I really don't know where all this is coming from. I should probably take it to the other thread. Maybe once I've figured it out a bit more.

I have just been feeling a bit nostalgic and thought I would be nosey and search for a few of my old school friends online and see what they are doing and the forth name I tried it turns out she past away last year and looking on the page it looks like she had children, I have not seen her for what must be about 22 years but it’s really upset me, I don’t know why she past but for whatever reason she would have only been 38, it’s made me not want to look for anyone else and I regret not being there for the funeral and hope my and her other friends knew and attended so the family could see how much she was loved, I know people always say this but she really was a lovey person and I can’t remember anything she ever did and said that was mean or nasty,

my grandfather would have been 94 today
