Yep, t'is the Shrek's Adventure attraction, though the shop can also be accessed without having to buy a ticket.

I have just been on the Sheks Adventure website and the multi tickets are good where you can go there, The London Eye and Madame Tussaud’s for under £50

It's also quite unusual, in that there are only 5 such stores in the entire world (New York, Las Vegas, Orlando, London, & Shanghai).
