Still tired after spending a total of 23 hours on the road over two days, but am now focusing on getting back into the usual routine, plus i have an absolute ton of video footage to edit.

Over 9 days, i captured nearly 2000 photos/video clips.

won a league cup and top 4'd one yesterday so I have now comfortably qualified for the world championships in Nashville in August :D prob cant afford to go but it's a very big achievement in itself and I'm super proud I was able to do it :)

Congrats! You should go. Maybe set up a gofundme or something if it's a real struggle.

Congratulations Wrathy! You mentioned a while back you were hoping to raise your UK ranking, does this help with that too?

I'd throw in £20 if she wears a GRcade t-shirt to the tournament. It can come out of our advertising budget. ;)

Those from SONM might remember in 2015 when Splatoon came out I put the most popular song from the game over some footage of Sonic Generations. Well now I've done the same again to commemorate the release ofthe Octo Expansion for the second game, and you know what? All the comments I've got were correct.
Every single song from Splatoon fits with Sonic Generations.

Thanks everyone!!! The first step is seeing if I can actually get the time off work - i’m not sure if even that is possible to be honest!!

In terms of finances I haven’t budgeted for it but it’s easily in excess of £1000 because Taylor Swift is playing a stadium show the same weekend and hotels are mental expensive. it already cost a fortune when it was announced in March, so I’m almost scared to look now

It means i’ll probably finish the year in the UK atop 50, which I’d be insanely happy with (this was my goal for next year...)

There should be a law that says if the weather is nice enough, everyone gets the day off work (apart from people who work in pubs)

I'm always partial to a tub of raspberry sorbet.

Also, has anyone else visited the ice cream shop in Stratford Upon Avon? The queue tends to be pretty long, but that's because it's so damn good.

I probably took note of it on a geography field trip if that counts?

"Go here for best Ice Cream in the world," OR says as he notes it down on a piece of paper.
Later, back at school and in the geography classroom, the teacher walked around the room and picked up all the notes of the students so they didn't lose them.
Unfortunately, OR's note of the Ice Cream shop was within his notes, and he'd forgotten about the shop so couldn't look it up back home. The geography teacher had seen that note, though, and after school had finished ended up back there to get some, thinking how nice his students were to leave him just great tips.

Meanwhile I'm in Pizza Express picking up a semifreddo.

Doesn't matter anyway, they didn't have any in the end. Somehow I survived on ice cream alone. #prayforme
