Steel Series 7X seem to be the go to pair if you want it to work with everything that has a usb socket. About £170 but i think they do a 10% off thing all the time.
I would have bought these, and had done loads of research, but then the Xbox Wireless headset came out and i got them with my rewards points instead (they are great also, but in no way compatible with Sony).
Dolby Atmos (and therefore 3D audio and all its variants) make a huge difference when done well. I was playing Deep Rock Galactic last night, and i could hear whether a pinging beacon was above or below me. I always find that stuff mind blowing.
Many games dont really utilise it, and it can come at the cost of bass.

The 9X has a 3.5mm jack, so I guess you could connect that to the Switch (the cable isn’t included, but they’re cheap).

Thanks, would be good to have something that covers all bases rather than having another pair of headphones around the place.

Double check that though. I’d hate for you to fork out and me be wrong! (But I don’t see why it wouldn’t work.)

Not planning on buying anything right now anyway, just thought I’d ask if anything out there fitted the bill, which obviously does
