Hi, I hope it's okay to post this here. I'd just like to ask for some of your help filling out a questionnaire. I already posted it in the German language thread, but here it is in English, too. It's especially targeted to anyone here who might have a chronic illness of some kind! In that case, your feedback would be very much appreciated! If at all possible, by tomorrow would be really great. Either post here or send a PM.
1. How old are you? What (chronic) illnesses do you have? 2. How are you living conditions? (For example, if you live alone or with family, etc.) 3. How many medications do you take daily? 4. How well are you able to operate a smartphone? 5. How often do you go to the doctor? 6. Do manage to take your medications as and when prescribed? If not, what kind of problems do you have in sticking to the regimen? 7. How often does your medication plan get changed? 8. At what time of day do you most commonly forget to take your medications? 9. How do you remember to take your medications? Any methods you find useful? 10. How often do you go to the GP, just to collect a receipt? 11. When do you notice, that your medications are running out? (How much time in advance?) 12. Do you keep track of your vital signs (e.g. blood pressure/sugar, pulse)? 13. What would you like to see from a medication-plan app?

Might be an idea to set up an anonymous survey for this. I would imagine most people wouldn’t want to give potentially sensitive information to a virtual stranger.
