New patch today should fix crashes related to arc weaponry.

Glad this has hopefully been resolved, happens to me a lot.

Would be nice if they could also fix the glitch where you can get stuck collecting the items in container points of interest (where you have to blow open the doors).

They released a couple.of new weapons btw

Haven't tried the Heavy Machinegun, but the Quasar Cannon is solid. Just takes a moment to charge up, which can leave you vulnerable to incoming fire if you're jump out of cover too soon.

I bought the heavy machine gun and will test it tonight.

I have 2 ship upgrades for the eagles so will go with cluster and 500p bomb, dog drone thingy, and heavy machine gun.

A decent loadout for most situations.

Used the Quasar some more tonight, it's ridiculously good for taking out heavies, tanks and incoming bot drops, especially if there are a couple of squaddies also competent with it. Great fun.

120mm and 380mm orbital barrages have become a favorite strategem for base clearing. Just throw and move on.

I will pass away the next time the game crashes on suicide mission when I'm carrying three of those purple samples.

Took Pedz in on Helldive difficulty for his first ever mission yesterday :twisted:

Liking the quasar cannon a lot, it's actually a nice counterpoint to the EAT - kind of bad in the heat of battle but great as a preemptive strike.

I just realised this game isn't in Dolby Vision

Absolutely hate the new HMG, died so many times last night, in a game with Mafro, trying to make use of it.

Need to get more of the PS players on my friends list so I can hop into games with you! Will paste a friend code here/in the GC discord next time I'm on!

HMG machine gun feels a little worse than the normal machine gun - lower it's fire rate and it's a little more bearable as you waste less ammo and gets less recoil.

I may have you on PS but as I play on PC you have to use the in-game cross platform friend system - I don't think I have you on that! I'll paste my Helldivers friend code (they reset every time you generate a new one).

I did a set of 3 level 7 suicide missions with randoms and we smashed them.
Did all the objectives and got 6 of the super materials.

I need 10 to get level 3 for the Eagle ship ugrade so I can have 2 500kg bombs at a time :toot:
