Thanks for this! I tried crafting some kind of energy snack bar and it gave me about 3 pixels of energy so I'll try keeping back some harvest for my own use.

Very tempted to try and play this again as although I put a good number of hours in I never felt like I really properly played it. Might give it a go when the update is available!

Buy salads from the tavern, they're one of the best foods in the game as they're relatively cheap and provide a decent amount of energy and health.

Also eat the forage items you find (after you complete each season forage bundle), salmonberries and blackberries are plentiful in their respective seasons so collect every one you see and they should be enough to get you out of trouble when your stamina is low.

Another useful tip is to only clear weeds when your energy is low as using the scythe doesn't deplete it.

Ah that is useful too. I saw something about forage bundles in the town hall but wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. I'll check into it. Thanks!

I'm half way through summer 1 and sitting on 60k thanks to my blueberry crop.

I just about barely filled the community center requirements before my third year. Next playthrough, I'm doing the supermarket one.

Two community center items left to get (duck feather and rabbits foot), unfortunately they're the two that rely on sheer luck to get so this could take a while.

Currently changing the farm focus to wine production as I now have the greenhouse with around 50 ancient fruit plants growing in it and a shed full of kegs.

I've just completed the community hall in Summer 2. Got that wife pussy locked down. Greenhouse is producing blueberries and hops for cash money. Going to go all in on truffle production now.

Ended up on buying this on Steam as well since it's on sale. Shame it doesn't have cross-save.

I've installed a few mods over the past few days and they've given the game a new lease of life, nothing game breaking (or cheaty) mind you, purely cosmetic (Seasonal Villager Outfits - everyone now has sensible clothes in winter) and Quality of Life stuff (Harvest with Scythe and added an elevator to Skull Cavern).

I know, I keep accidentally sitting on the strawberry floaters while attempting to talk to NPCs.

Just added a mod to make crops, trees and grass sway in the wind, its just brilliant.

I see there's a mod that lets you grow cannabis.

Started this up again from scratch. Things are going a lot quicker than my first playthrough. I'm up to summer already. Picked the forest farm, which is kinda rubbish.

I picked forest farm for my current game. Its good for having an early and constant supply of hardwood.

I'm half way through Autumn 2. Have the cellar being built. Currently making about £20k a day on pale ale. Although I've miscalculated my hops production: I haven't enough supply to meet demand atm. Once the cellar is in might switch it up.

I've also got 4 pigs atm who are finding 1.5 truffles a day. Had a real rainy summer which messed up production but autumn is OK so far. No truffles at all in winter so the pigs might end up being quite expensive as they still need feeding.

I'm embarrassed to say how much I'm enjoying decorating my house. Picking out wallpaper and flooring :fp:

I made a lot of jam barrels today. Also got a whole bunch of sprinklers.

Bought the Joja membership and the renovation/upgrades are money related. I should have stuck with the Community Center one. Oh well.

I really wish there was a running total for the golden walnuts you find, especially the mining, farming, fishing and combat ones (5 each), its a nightmare remembering which ones you've already found. Found around 50/130 so far but having trouble finding more without looking at a guide/walkthrough.
