Not sure how I felt this one. Lots of interesting stuff, but also small. Felt like I did a lot on my first few plays

From memory:

Hitman 1

Sapienza>Paris>Hokkaido>Bangkok>Marrakesh>Colorado

Hitman 2

Vermont>Mumbai>Sgali>New York> Maldives> Miami > Colombia> New Zealand

Just read that there will be a Hitman 3 "starter pack" available later today, allowing new players access to Dubai (the first of the new levels) for free.

Cool, must get that. I have Hitman 2 yet to start though.

Can I use that to play my Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 content in Hitman 3, which I assume is better?

I've no idea, however, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do that. Give it a download and test it out? Even though I already have the game, I'd be interested to know just to quench my curiosity.

Think I read that you can do that. You have bring to Hitman into Hitman 2, then from there go from 2 to 3.

Finally finished the trilogy - a fine three months! Now to rank the levels:

Hitman 1: Sapienza> Paris> Hokkaido> Bangkok> Colorado> Marrakesh
Hitman 2: Maldives> Sgali> New York> Mumbai > New Zealand > Vermont >Miami > Colombia
Hitman 3: Dartmoor > Berlin > Mendoza > Dubai > Chongqing > Carpathian

In terms of the games themselves, Hitman 2>Hitman 1>Hitman 3.
And my top five levels would be as follows: Sapienza > Maldives > Dartmoor > Paris > Sgali

Uhhhh. Bangkok was a bit gooseberry fool wasn't it? Didn't help it was buggy as hell for me. Had to keep 'nudging' people to get them to interact right, and kills didn't register

Bangkok has really grown on me over time but it's definitely a weaker level, I won't argue that.

Bangkok really opens up once you know how to quickly get the staff all access keycard.

I think most people agree that Paris, Sapienza and Hokkaido are the stand out levels from the first game, with Colorado being the weakest.

I've only just done Marrakech and I'll admit, I'm not as eager to go back and tinker with it compared to the other two. Not sure if it's because the two targets feel too far apart and distinct, or if the level is just not that interesting a sandbox (which it shouldn't be, as the protest is a good setting).

Still, it's not a bad stage at all. Just not as good as the two ones that precede it. I think H2 is meant to be more consistently brilliant with its levels, once you get past the first.

There's one in the basement laundry room (IIRC) but the easiest one to get if you don't start in the basement is in one of the open rooms being cleaned on the Jordan Cross wing of the hotel. It's either floor 1 or 2.

It's a travesty that you can't incite a riot in Marrakesh.

Bangkok has grown on me too - i vastly prefer the alternate mission with the two cult members though

basement laundry one is very easy - straight in the doors near start, shoot the camera, go behind the two lady staff gossiping, straight ahead through the locker room, pick up key next to washing, run back out past everything the same way

I don't mind Colorado, never really sure why people rate it so low. It's definitely not the best level in the game but it's still a lot of fun with plenty of scope for manipulation and hijinks
