Silent Assassinated the new Dartmoor Elusive target :datass:

The foolproof method of repeatedly bumping into a target's bodyguard to delay them, dumping a gun in their path and then lethal syringing the target remains intact.

I used the emetic mine and the trusty toilet method to finish him off :datass:

Ooh, forgot about the new elusive target. Now, where's my red rubber duck?

Can anybody give me a simple guide how to transfer Hitman 1 save files into Hitman 3 so I can carry on my progress from the previous save file?

It's part of the Patient Zero DLC for Hitman 1.

Elusive targets are temporary events where the developer will put a new target in a level and you've got one attempt to kill them. If you die you can't play it again.

You can’t I think

You can unlock locations from Hitman 1 in Hitman 2, but Hitman 1 progress won’t carry over.

You can carry locations and progress (all locations both H2 and H1, when played in H2) from Hitman 2 to Hitman 3

Is Patient Zero much cop/worth it. I’ve just been doing campaign in order

Patient Zero is pretty fun and it has a couple of unique/novel assassinations using the existing levels.

I think it adds 4 missions spread across Sapienza, Hokkaido, Colorado and Bangkok. The main Sapienza bit (Patient Zero) is the best but the others are decent enough as extra content goes.

I’ll finish Hitman 1 and then give a go then ta

Colorado was ok - 4 completely unnoticed and undetected kills. :toot:

I can see that it's one of the worst for variety/replay experimentation though. The kills/opportunities were rather handheld and "scripted". I'm sure there's other ways but not as many "interesting" options.

Japan is pretty easy then? Waltzed it unseen (although they might wonder what happened to the heard, and who authorised use of Fugu) - but again imagine a nice playground for what came after.

Suppose missing something by not doing these in the post launch window with elusive targets, discussions on challenges etc...

yeah i remember Japan isnt too bad but can be tricky once you start going for certain challenges

The Icon - 4 pretty fun ways and small side area. Nice freebie, but not a patch on main stuff.

The elusive target of Dartmoor is an interesting one. Had no idea where my target was, so ended up on a murder spree. When I finally hit the target, I had no idea that person had been my target. If I had been stealthing it, I'm sure there would have been some clue or identifier as to who the target was.

Diana tells you at the start of the mission that he's in disguise.

If you look at an elusive target long enough, Diana will identify them for you.
