Wish they had shown gameplay. But I have no doubt it will look amazing when we finally see it.

I'm feeling that many people don't believe this is real. Which I suppose GG will take as a compliment. Shouldn't be long until we have an analysis of the footage, plus some commentary from the devs.

I wanted to see her flying about  The robomammoth was immense  As was Reddick :toot: Robosnapjaw was scary/funny looking. (In the sense it's an odd choice of animal. Am now expecting all sorts to show up!)

I have a feeling there will be flying mounts. By feeling I mean as certain as you can be without actually knowing for sure. :slol: . Basically quotes from GG lead about why they weren't included in the first game. The why part no longer exists on PS5.

If they can get it out in March/April then it’ll get some serious consoles out the door early...doors.

There were in the original, but yeah seems much more abundant here, especially underwater.

I suppose the way the first game ended pretty much guarantees a more biological future. I don't know why I'm so surprised.

Spoilers? :slol:
Remember it's coming to PC soon a whole bunch of people will get to play it for the first time, they might not want to know it has an ending. :P

:slol: I didn't want it to end. :(

I hope the game lets us visit the Dwarves of Idaho.

While I really enjoyed the first one, I'm concerned in how they'll continue the story. I very much enjoyed the discovery of what happened in the past, and it won't be possible to recreate that with the same impact. I'm sure the gameplay and graphics will be fantastic, however.

The first game is one of the best looking this gen, do as I said, I think it will look amazing, just can't see how that trailer was gameplay...?

There is some gameplay blended with cinematic moments. Just like the first game everything is real-time. Only video sequence was the intro carrying the baby to mask the loading time for anyone starting a new game. Are you expecting a disparity between the game and its cutscenes unlike the first? Or genuinely think it’s prerendered? I’m still not sure which.

There are admittedly hard to spot level of detail transitions throughout the video. I mentioned the foliage in another thread but if anyone still in doubt about this running real-time watch the scene with the crap climbing on the fish. They actually use screen space shadows on the grains of sand to the right  . As the camera moves away you can see it slowly being disabled.

Multiple other examples in every scene, but you’re not going to see them on small screen at sub 4K video unless you reeeally know what to look for.

Did we get an indication of release date?

It'll be good to know when to expect Breath of the Wild 2 to release

Potential first game spoiler...

Watching some peoples reactions they all seem convinced Sylens is now the villain. I'm not so sure..I think it's deliberate misdirection planned since the first game.

Can't wait to find out though.

Still haven't got round to getting the original Horizon.

Sell it to me people - why do I need to care about this franchise?

Cool mech fights, really interesting story of how world and plan to save it went to gooseberry fool.
