How is everyone? Letting loose thread

I mean there is like 9 other people on this floor. And I legit have no outstanding work. May as well enjoy it as next week is going to be a bit busier

I’m in a bad routine. I seem to eat and drink too much on time off and then work lots of nights.

I’ve stopped running recently as it’s too hot in Cyprus, I occasionally swim but feel a bit meh.

Need to sort it out.

I may go up to the hills where it’s cooler and do a jog but it’s full of Russian and Brit holidayers this time of year.
