I knew it. I knew we should have ousted OR when we had the chance. I even said.
Why did I not take action?

No worries at all. It was an intense 5 days but it was absolutely my pleasure. I'll take any opportunity to force a captive audience to read my bad Evangelion fan-fiction. ;)

Genuinely interested in any & all feedback, good or bad, all of which will help to inform future games.

I'll have a FAQ and some closing thoughts up "eventually", hopefully some time later tonight!

There's a lot to discuss but one of my favourite moments came this morning. I think it was minutes after 10 was recruited as a bot he started accusing Denster who was also a bot. I could only imagine how fuming Denster was

It was definitely a good game, and OR definitely hid his true identity well.
I've learnt a few tactics from this that could serve well in future games.
Thanks for hosting, Karl.

I was fine as we all knew. He’s staying on my list though.

I'd like to know what would have happened had OR been killed early? Would someone have been promoted to hacker?

I think the recruitment aspect is good but it can quickly weight the game towards the bad guys. I also was holding on to a vote rig mod to save myself or OR if needed, and I think Hyperion might have had one as well?

I’m off to bed. Great game guys. Thanks to Karl for his immense efforts. Kudos to Drummy for showing his immense skill at this game once more. OR was superb as the Hacker, too.

OR was the Alpha!?

Well played. I have left you a message in our code, now I know you were the Alpha, consider it meant doubly ;)

Karl, tell me now, if I had rigged the vote to OR at 9.59 (I considered it but dont think I had the time to execute it) would that have overridden the other vote rig?

Without knowing what happened later - he was the only hacker. Everyone else was bots.

Karl is the ultimate gamemaster, no question.

What a fantastic event!

I'll engage with the dissection once the dust has settled.

I don't know! If there were two vote rigs, I would have tossed a coin.

If OR had died at the last moment, the lever would have still been pulled (there were enough votes without him), but he would have been unable to activate the signal sequence, and you would have played the rest of the game in orbit. It's a very specific scenario that I honestly hadn't thought about, but I can tell you that's how I would have dealt with it.

I hope it's okay to write here now its game over, if not just ignore this post.

I've been reading this all from the start as i know I'd have been crap at playing, so I thought I'd watch instead. It's been one hell of a brilliant game, I wouldnt have never guessed that OR was the hacker! That really surprised me, that and the sheer amount of bots at the end of the game.
I'm really looking forward to reading the write up now.

That'd have been interesting. Yeah, I was more focused on solving the lever and assuming OR was flipped so was a bot that I didn't action against him. And again, wouldn't have been fast enough.

Can't believe I told the Hacker how to communicate secretly then told him key information on a number of occassions. I'll take the Least Valuable Player wooden spoon and be on my way.

The only other play was to do an Ob and overtly say I was a vote rigger against anyone voting to pull the lever, but don't think it would have worked given all the bots held them too.

Solace in being able to name most of the bots this morning, didn't help in the end though. Well played Hacker team, OR and also Drummy.

Although OR's also a complete clunge.

Couldn't really play on Day 1 at all (before I found out role. strawberry float off Moggy :P) - then got a PM. "You're playing the game tonight as Alphamind" Eeeepp!

At the time I was converted the other bots/hacker were OR, Moggy and Nun. I had a scan the previous turn and spent a ridiculous amount of time deliberating over who to scan, none of those three were close to being picked
