She's probably my weakest, and I only just unlocked some of the late game characters! I absolutely hate playing as her! :slol:

Mind you, her upgraded magnesis combo is pretty great.

I've mostly been upgrading the weapons through fusion, unless I'm missing something. It is worth mentioning I was a tad under levelled by a few points but that really hasn't made much of a difference to me so far. This mission was the first time I actually failed something lol.

Literally just got lucky with a weapon drop and fusing, its like damage 60+. My next best is Impa I think with mid 50s.

I've not played this week, need to get back on it

Guess I haven't been getting lucky with drops/rewards. Most of the weapons I have got are usually pretty weak, so I end up fusing in bulk. Again, I'm still early so it's prob only a matter of time.

Just back onto this, and using the context menus is a lot better than navigating the map when it comes to the quests and challenges. So much easier.

They are absolutely quicker for challenges and for checking the shops, but the quests are awkward to browse by each character so I tend to still use the map. It's really easy when you're tracking some materials to just zoom out and see which challenges are flashing green I think. It's just a bit more fun too for some reason!

I've just reached chapter 5 now after finishing up all current challenges/quests. Maz Koshia is now one of my favourite characters

Spent over an hour farming bokoblin horns for a sidequest that gives you a universal 5% exp boost. I feel like it was supposed to something you unlock later but I farmed them anyway lol. Found an early game quest that gave me around 5 on average thanks to an item drop boost on one of my weps. Hope I don't have to do anything like that again soon >,>

I'm surprised you had to farm anywhere near that much. The only thing I've specifically farmed so far has been lynel/hinox trophies and that was only about five challenges I repeated that take 5 minutes each.

I'm 33 hours now and 49% complete, on chapter 6 of the story. Game is big, shyguy you set my expectations too low  (guess you left some of the side stuff!)

I rarely have to farm for monster drops (other than Lynel/Hinox trophies), but I'm finding that a lot of the late game sidequests and upgrades require an awful lot of cooking ingredients and field drops, which aren't as easy to come by or reliably farm.

The vendors do sell them, but the number they'll have in stock is very rarely enough, meaning I have to go and run through a mission anyway to get them to restock.

I've only just started chapter 3 purely because I'm doing a load of the quests and challenges. And replaying a few things to boost levels. Four of my characters are over level 20, with Link being very near 30. I've given Link a spear, and I just love how it feels. Especially since I've unlocked additional combo options for it. There's a lot to enjoy here, certainly. And I'll be enjoying it all.

The quest needed 70 damn horns and I only had around 30-40 "">_> I play really slow too, often clearnig out as many enemies as I can so I was surprised how I only had that much.

Speaking of Korok Seeds, I didn't realise they weren't one time only in the quest you find. Redid and older story mission and was surprised you can find them again. Unless they don't count? I didn't check whether they did or not.

Also should mention I unlocked the Great Fairy yesterday too which left me so confused at first. Almost refused to believe they even managed to pull it off. Tho I shouldn't be surprised since they were in the first game too. There's eventually gonna be some misses for me and this is one of them lol. I think they're a neat idea but just too slow for my style. I even somehow managed to glitch the game with them and get stuck during a quest in the Korok Forest. Think I did a finisher and the character jumped back and got wedged in the walls.

any korok seeds found previously the korok will remain in place. you can unlock a thing that tells you how many seeds there are in each level and how many of them you have

Is there one that puts them on the mini-map, by any chance?

I've got the treasure one, but I can't be arsed scouring every map for the leafy little bastards.
