I find a lot in common between religion and Microsoft support/help documentation; you can ask those who represent it a lot of important questions and get answers that range from the enigmatic to the plain useless, and it is the last refuge of the desperate.

It sounds like you need to reseat your CPU. Remember to use lots of thermal compound.
