I PASSED!!!

If you remember on GR i made a thread about Driving. Well today 4 days after my seventeenth birthday i passed my theory Test :mrgreen:

I have only had one lesson so far, and am completely chuffed with myself.

My marks were 47/50 (pass is 43/50) for the questions. And 56/75 for the hazard perception (pass grade is 44/75).

So guys, i want each and everyone of you to congratulate me. 8-)

That includes you Aneurin.

I would congratulate you but, then again, anyone who can't pass the theory test shouldn't really be allowed on the roads anyway.

The Hazard Perception was a bit dodgy for me. I kept trying to figure out if the computer was clever enough to know I'd already clicked for the hazard really early, or whether I should click again and rick it using that a later click instead.

Same here. I was second guessing the computer and clicking too early - noticing a cyclist and clicking as soon as he appears (which is perfectly acceptable as he could potentially turn into a hazard at any time) rather than waiting until he pulled out without signalling or whatever.

I think, JK, the idea is for you to click at any potential hazard, then click when they become an actual hazard. So you're right in clicking when the cyclist appears, but you needed to click again when he starts to pull out.
