I've been putting off supporting the people make games patreon for a while, but I think I need to start supporting them.

Chris' old EG videos are why I started following EG in the first place.

And that kind of in depth journalism is really hard to come by these days

Goddamn Videogamer was great in it's day. Alice, Simon Miller, Steve Burns, Jim Trinca, David Scammell et al. Definitely of it's time though, not sure if any of the content aged well or not.

I stopped following the channel so much a while after a few left to do their own thing.

Videogamer is nothing like what it used to be now, it’s just a big standard gaming news site last I see, none of the funny content they used to put out.
