It's not as funny if you wear a dress in Glasgow.

It feels kinda weird being an admin now so from a certain perspective (that I don't like to take) I'm attending a GRcade "user party".. but strawberry float that.

I'm still well up for this (the 6th Feb). :D

I really doubt I'm going to fit the profile of server admin that you might expect (I'm only 20 for a start). I might bring my guitar as well. And I guess I should bring the DS.

Any gaming planned? Or are we just going to get wasted?

Now I want to take my Ibanez sabre and a practice amp.... and record the entire thing with a condenser mic and laptop. Why not? I'll defo bring along the flamenco..

If we got merry enough.. we could even write some GRcade-themed songs.

Shall I bring my congas? :shifty:

If Bunni's organising this, then you know it's gonna be smooth. Taking over a travelodge, paying £20 each or whatever is good for me.

Hotel rooms usually have TVs, so we could game. But I doubt we'll have time.

Seriously, just no. What's wrong with going out, getting plastered, then coming back to slur angrily at each other before passing out in the bath?

This.

We survived just fine at AB without any kind of electrical equipment. I'm sure we can manage one night away from a TV.

 I reckon it could really be quite good... someone should film it.

And booyah, I'm all up for a night out, no games required.

I wasn't suggesting it! Someone else said about gaming, and I said although it's probably possible, we won't have time. I'd much rather go out.

Clubs are all good on me. Even if it's hardcore drum 'n' bass innit. I just need to get plastered enough.

I twas me that asked about gaming but nah no need, was just curious if GRcadians might... y'know, actually play games. :P

... I could bring a projector to watch a film on though. Your tech admin has all kinds of cool gooseberry fool. 8-)

Just out of morbid curiosity I had a look on Google Maps to find that Guildford is 4 and a half hours away over 3 trains.

I quite like the sound of this, so put me down as an almost certain (assuming there's room). Just need to make sure I can get that day off work to accommodate the travel there first thing in the morning by train. :)
