Went back to this and it's brilliant. It's also stunning looking at times.

Yes every now and then I'd be caught off guard with how good it looked. In particular when you're stood looking out over several areas, it's crystal clear and the colour is so vibrant.

Started it last night and I'm impressed how it looks. :toot:

Anyone tried the dlc for this? is it any good?

I'm going to have to get this when I complete my second playthrough of BotW.

The puzzles are brilliant and so satisfied once I've solved it. 8-)

I did get the season pass but I am going to wait until the other bits of DLC are out, looks like a good variety of extra content though.

Does anybody get a few crashes or frozen since the latest patch?

Bloody annoying. I was enjoying playing it until a few crashes in a row repeatedly. :fp:

Not had any of that but I did buy the season pass so went back to it this weekend and I’m delighted to see they finally fixed the PS5 haptic mapping.

I did the preview quest for the DLC and it seems a little misleading to lump that together with the upcoming DLC. They seem like extra stories/new locations while the currently released one looks like some time trial challenges? A little less substantial than I’d hoped.

I'm selling my ps5 version of this in the trading thread if anyone's interested.

£23 on Amazon today so I decided to take a punt on XBox. So anyone else looking to get it, you can expect it to appear on Game Pass within a month.

Wow, Hermes is an even bigger whiny banana split. Starting to side with Typhon if all the gods are as annoying.

strawberry float me the integration with Ubisoft Connect is really fuxking onerous in this. My kid wants to play it but it seems like it's impossible without an account. And he can't create an account via the xbox because he's not old enough. What a strawberry floating mess.

I have to say I’m impressed with this so far. And no I didn’t play BotW so it’s a new experience for me. I have to admit it being an UbiSoft game initially put me off, as I don’t usually enjoy their output and I was pleasantly surprised.

I think you can get round it by going offline. It's dumb.

On ps5 it take longer to check for DLC purchases than it does for the game to load :fp:

I dodged around it by creating him an ubisoft account on their website with a fake age and then logging in within the game. Even that was a pain because for some reason the game kept reloading the login window without giving you the option to actually click on anything.
