Kellogg's Corn Flakes were in part originally created to discourage masturbation.

John Harvey Kellogg was a fanatical christian who was involved in the creation of anaphrodisiac foods. He believed tasty, spicy or exotic foods were sexually stimulating so specifically had an incredibly bland food developed to counter this.

And yet ironically these days I find the only way I can actually achieve climax is to smother myself in Corn Flakes and shove a Rice Krispie cake where the sun doesn't shine

Baywatch had a spin off series called Baywatch Nights which turned into an X-Files clone in the second season featuring things such as Underwater monsters, aliens, apocalyptic parallel universes, slime blob monsters, vampires, resurrected ancient mummies and a revived viking warrior.

1kg is the same weight regardless of what you're weighing.

Depends when it was weighed.

That's actually my day job (I'm part of a team developing the UK's realisation of the new kg) when I'm not just browsing a gaming forum :slol:. This is clearly fate's way of telling me to stop skiving off and get back to work.

This is amazing that you're part of this!

I mean, it's incredible how much work goes into something like this, it's really important, really precise science.

But also, seems like the kind of thing you could spin out for a very long time.

"We're almost there but just need to check a few more things, this is really important and has to be right."

 Would totally milk that situation.

I have some scales I can send over that will give you 1kg if you need it.

Edit- make sure it's on stable surface

Can you make the kilogram weigh more so the numbers are smaller when I step in the scales?

If you divide 1/998001 the answer includes every number between 1 and 999, except 998.

It is a really interesting fact though, numbers can be genuinely crazy at times with things like this!
